How Post.Engine works

Ten steps from a blank month to finished images, captions and video — and exactly what lands in your hands at each one.

   Set the campaign once

   Give the batch a title, a theme, an aesthetic, a color palette, a start date and a cadence — daily, weekly or monthly. Everything after this inherits that look, so the whole month hangs together.

2. 02

   Drop in each day's idea

   Up to 31 days per batch, and as many batches as you want. One line per day is enough — 'behind the scenes at the warehouse', 'client win #3', 'founder quote'.

   Add your own photos

   Upload a headshot, product shot or logo onto any specific day and tell the model how to use it — cut out with a transparent background, placed left, tinted to the palette, whatever you need.

   Dial in the art direction

   Per post you control style intensity, background density, typography vibe and font references — so day 12 can be loud and day 13 can be quiet, without breaking the theme.

   Generate the whole batch at once

   One button queues every day. You get live progress, a running count, cancel at any point, and one-click retry on anything that fails. Unlimited generations.

   Ask for changes, not do-overs

   Type what to tweak under any post — 'move the text lower', 'warmer background', 'bigger logo' — and it edits that exact image instead of rolling the dice again.

   Every scheduled post laid out on a month grid, filterable by batch. Click a day to preview it full size, download it, or jump straight into regenerating it.

   Write the captions

   The caption studio reads what each post is actually about, plus your writing style brief and references, and writes for the platform you pick — Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, Threads or email.

9. 09

   Turn one long video into ten shorts

   Upload long-form footage and it watches the whole thing, finds the strongest moments and cuts up to 10 vertical or square clips with burned-in captions, reframed for Reels, TikTok, Shorts, LinkedIn, FB or X.

10. 10

    Direct the edit in plain English

    Say 'make it fun and playful' or 'keep it calm and cinematic' and the editor adds on-screen text, memes, stickers, sparkles, sound effects and music. Upload anything else you want in there and it works it into the cut.
